United Council is lead by a student Board of Directors. Board members direct the organization and decide the priorities that United Council works on. Board members and officers are elected at the Spring Convention each year.

President Geoff Murray, UW-Stevens Point

Geoff is a native of Libertyville, Illinois. Geoff just matriculated from UW-Fond du Lac, where he served as Student Body President and President of SGC. He’s now attending UW-Stevens Point. Geoff loves the Cardinals, microbrews, and calling people “folks.”

Vice President Beth Huang, UW-Madison

Beth is a junior at UW-Madison, where she studies biochemistry and history, and originally hails from the suburbs of Milwaukee. Two years ago, she first got involved in student organizing with the Student Labor Action Coalition (SLAC) during the successful “Just Cut It” Nike divestment campaign.
